The name CHEVAL, meaning “horse” in French, reflects our deep love of horses and connection to the land. Inspired by the peaceful surroundings and the property’s potential, we created a space where passion for fine wine and nature come together.

THE OWNER
Donna Kaufman never imagined she’d own a winery, but couldn’t be happier with her exciting new venture. Donna has been showing horses for over 20 years and was on the hunt for the perfect location to build stables when she stumbled upon this hidden gem on Hill Valley Drive. It was love at first sight the moment she stepped onto the property. Donna’s passion for her winery is unmeasurable and she looks forward to welcoming all who visit!
VINEYARD MANAGER
Francisco Robles has been caring for our precious vines for over a decade since they were first planted in the ground. He plays a key role in the quality of our grapes & production of our fine varietals. Francisco is on the estate every day so be sure to say hello if you see him!
